Who can apply for I PUC?
Students who have passed SSLC (Karnataka State Board) or an equivalent Class 10 examination such as CBSE or ICSE.
How do I apply?
Send an enquiry (online form, call or WhatsApp), visit the college office, fill in the application form with accurate details and submit the required documents.

Which documents do I need?
The SSLC marks card, transfer certificate, Aadhaar card, passport-size photographs and, where applicable, caste and income certificates. The office will confirm the final list when you visit.
Can I visit the campus before deciding?
Yes. The office is open Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Call ahead and we will show you the classrooms and labs.
Is Siddhartha a good PU college in Bhatkal for NEET and JEE?
Siddhartha PU College, Bhatkal (college code QQ0099) teaches the PUC syllabus with NEET, JEE and KCET coaching on the same campus. In 2nd PUC 2026, 422 of 422 students passed with 212 distinctions, and 34 students joined MBBS in the last nine years.

Courses & coaching
Which streams and combinations do you offer?
Science: PCMB, PCMCs and PCMS, integrated with JEE, NEET, NDA and CET coaching. Commerce: EBACs, and BABS (Basic Maths, Accountancy, Business Studies, Statistics) with CPT coaching for CA. English plus a second language (Kannada or Hindi).
Do you coach for NEET, JEE and KCET?
Yes — JEE, NEET, NDA and CET coaching is integrated with the science combinations, and commerce students get CPT (CA Foundation) coaching. Ask the office about batches and timings.
How did students do in the last board exams?
In 2nd PUC 2026, all 422 Bhatkal students who appeared passed, with 212 distinctions and 42 centums; at Shirali 43 of 43 passed with 22 distinctions. Topper: Tanmay Shet, 590/600. See full results.
Is there a good student-to-lecturer ratio?
Yes. We keep a favourable ratio so every student gets personal attention.
Fees & scholarships
What are the fees?
Fees depend on the stream and on coaching. The admissions office shares the current fee structure on call or WhatsApp.
Are scholarships available?
Yes. We help eligible students apply for government scholarships on the National Scholarship Portal (NSP) and the Karnataka State Scholarship Portal (SSP), based on merit and financial need.

Siddhartha PU College is in its new building on V.T. Road, Sonarkeri, Bhatkal. Siddhartha Composite PU College (residential) is at Panchavati, Shirali. Maps and directions.
Is there a hostel?
Yes — separate hostels for boys and girls, 150 students each, run with our residential Siddhartha Composite PU College at Shirali.
Is college transport available?
Yes, Siddhartha runs its own college buses. Ask the office for routes and stops near you.
Are there activities beyond studies?
Yes — sports, cultural events in our auditorium, student clubs and leadership roles.
